Order Cancellations

Personalized Items:

 Due to the fact that each item is uniquely made for our customers and to the fact that we start production immediately after it is processed, please let us know within 24 hours after placing your order that you want to cancel it.

 After 24 hours, a 30% restocking fee may be charged or deducted from the amount refunded to your account. (Non-personalized Items qualify for a 100% Refund)

Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded.

 It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

 Non-Personalized Items:

 There is a high likelihood that we will not be able to cancel it before our warehouse ships your items.

 If you request to cancel within 24 hours, we will send you a return label for you to return your delivered item and we will issue you a full refund.
